at Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application
of Phil Marco to construct a dock, ramp and float,
Cutchogue.

IV. HEARINGS:
Public Hearing at 3:35 P.M. on February 15, 1983 at
the Southold Town Hall on the wetland application of
Boatsmen's Harbor to construct new bulkheading, dredge
in front of buikhead, with spoil to be used to back-
fill behind the bulkhead, Cutchogue.
Public Hearing at 3:40 P.M. on February 15, 1983 at
the Southold Town Hall on the wetland application of
Lawrence D. Byron, Jr. to construct a timber dock
consisting of a fixed elevated catwalk, hinged ramp,
and float secured by two piles, Cutchogue.
Public Hearing at 3:45 P.M. on February 15, 1983 at
Southold Town Hall on the wetland application of
Robert K. and Jean Fairlie to replace, within 18
inches, 80 linear feet of existing deteriorating
timber bulkhead and backfill with clean sand fill,
Southold.
RESOLUTIONS:
1/ Negative determination on the wetlands application
of Virginia G. Jones by The Land Use Company to
construct ramp and float and dredge, Southold.
2/ Negative determination on the wetlands application
of Port of Egypt Marine, Inc. to rearrage existing

v. RESOLUTIONS:
Set a public hearing at the Southold Town Hall at
3:00 P.M. on March 8, 1983 on the wetland application
of Port of Egypt Marine, Inc. to rearrange existing
dockage, Southold.
Rescind Resolution No 5 adopted on May 18, 1982
a negative declaration in the application of Jem
Realty for a Change of Zone.
Southold Town Board requests Jem Realty to prepare
and submit a Long Environmental Assessment Form
with respect to their petition for change of zone.
Southold Town Board requests Richard J. Cron to
prepare and submit a Long Environmental Assessment
Form with respect to his petition for a change
of zone.
Southold Town Board requests Lawrence Bruno to
prepare and submit a Long Environmental Assessment
Form with respect to his petition for a change of zone.
Authorize elected or appointed officials or employees
of the Town of Southold to attend the annual meeting
of the Association of Towns.
Hire one (1) bus to transport Southold Senior Citizens
to Tarrytown on March 24, 1983.
Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for
one (1) new 1983 International Truck.
Authorize the Superintendent of Highways and any
Town Board members to travel to inspect landfill
operations and equipment.
Authorize the transfer of funds in the Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds into new line item Shell-
fish contract.

agreement with Paul Flagg, shellfish consultant.
Authorize the purchase of seed clams from the United
States Cultural Research Corp. to be delivered by
mid April, 1983.
Hire one (1) bus to transport Southold-Peconic Seniors
to Island Squire, Middle Island.
