This requested change is from "A" Residential and Agricultural to "M-l" General Multiple Residence District. / 4~Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the change of zone application of Lawrence Bruno. 5/Authorize Supervisor Pell to enter into agreement with Compu-Pressure to lease one Vita-Stat Automatic Blood Pressure Computer for one year. 6/Authorize Supervisor Pell tO enter into agreement with N.Y.S., Dept. of Environmental Conservation to provide fishing access to Laurel Lake for the period of 5 years. 7/Authorize Supervisor Pell to enter into agreement with Savin Corporation to lease one Savin 840 Copier. / 8~Southold Town Board agrees that no indebtedness will be contracted for the improvements for Wastewater Disposal District until the Town shall receive commitment of Federal and State aid for such improvements. 9/Trailer permit renewal of Frank J. SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AGENDA - FEBRUARY 1, PAGE 5 1983 RESOLUTIONS: 13~Set the following Public hearings on February 15, 1983 at the Southotd Town Hall : 3:30 P.M. wetlands application of Phil Marco to construct a dock, ramp and float in Little Creek, Cutchogu~ ~/3:35 P.M. wetlands application of Boatman's Harbor Marina for permission to construct new bulkheading, dredge and backfill in Boatmen's Harbor, Cutchogue. ~3:40 P.M. wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc. for Lawrence D. Byron, Jr. to construct a dock, catwalk, ramp and float on Eugene's Creek, Cutchogue. ~3:45 P.M. wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc. for Robert K. and Jean. Fairlie to replace bulkhead and backfill on Jockey Creek, Southold. 14/Negative determination in the wetlands application of Phil Marco to construct a dock on Little Creek, Cutchogue. 15/Southold Town Board authorizes the transfer of funds $3,200.00 from General Fund Whole Town Account into the Southold Town Nutritions Program, to be reimbursed in three months. 16/Authorize the attendance of Building Inspector Curtis-Horton at the Building Officials School; not to exceed $250.00. 17~Authorize Supervisor Pell to execute PNRS Letter of Intent for A-95 Review for a Step 2 allowance for the design of a scavanger pretreatment plant. 18~outhold Town Board allocate monies for the Southold Town Promotion Committee. 19~Authorize Supervisgr Pell to execute all necessary plans and specifications for the dredging of Richmond Creek. 20~/~outhold Town Board authorizes the utilization of Community Block Grant Funds, Year VII~, $30,000, towards the expansion of the parking lot and to provide a recreational area on the property of the Senior/Youth Recreation Center, Peconic. 21~Transfer of Funds: Highway Department.
