Southold.

wetlands application of Port of Egypt Marine, Inc.; Budd's

12~/Trailer permit renewal of Geraldine Davis, Mattituck.
13~/Appointment to the Conservation Advisory Council.
14~/Resolution congratulating NANCY CARLEY for being chosen
by the East End Women's Network as 1983 Woman of the Year.
15/Adopt the "Local Law to Establish a Landmark Commission and to Prescribe Its Duties."
16/Hire Ilene Pfifferling as a Clerk-Typist for the Town
Trustees and Grants Program, effective February 1, 1983
at a salary of $7,000.00 per annum.
17~/a. Rescind part of Resolution No. 12 of October 19, 1982
which authorizes the payment to H2M Corp. for $702.05.
b. Authorize the payment of $702.05 to Graybar Electric
for contractual obligations under the Town Street Lighting
Project.
18/Authorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement with
N.YS. Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation
Bureau of Marine & Recreational Vehicles to provide Navigational
aids.
19~Hire A. John Gada as a Part-time Labor Supervisor, Highway
Department on Fishers Island at $3,000.00 per annum.
20~/Authorize Supervisor Pell to enter into a Lease/Rental
Agreement eith !BM for Series III Model 60 Copier/Duplicator
at a cost of $975.00 per month.
21F/Southold Town Board hereby releases passbook totalling
$77,000.00 performance bond on "Soundview Acres at Orient".
22/Hire part-time Police Officers, effective immediately, at~
$5.00 per hour: Jon M. Andrade, Erick R. Heins, TerrOr'ce~
and further authorize same to attend the Suffolk County Police
Academy.
23~Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for five new
1983 Special Police Type four door sedans with a trade in
of five vehicles.
