V. RESOLUTIONS:
l~Southold Town Board names a representative to the Board of
Trustees for the establishment of a Black History Museum by
the Suffolk County Human Rights Commission.
2~/Southold Town Board establishes a Southold Town Tercentenary
Committee and appoints Magdaline Goodrich, Town Historian and
a Councilman to serve on the committee.
3~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement to
dredge Greenport Railroad pier.
4~Transfer of funds: Highway Item I and Highway CHIPS Budget
