1/Appoint individuals to Southold Town Housing Advisory Committee.
2/Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to place
a public notice in The Long Island Traveler Watchman and
the Suffolk Times that the Town Board will consider pro-
posed amendments to the Community Development Year X
Program Budget at their Regular Meeting to be held on
January 22, 1985 at 3:00 P.M.
3~ Amend resolution No. 16 adopted on December 18th, 1984
for a rehearing of the petition of Harold Reese and
Frederick Reese for relief from the Bulk requirements
of the Zoning Code as provided in Local Law No. 11 -
1983 to 3:3~) P.M., Tuesday, January 22, 1985.

Officer Training School at the Suffolk County Police

Public hearing to be held on Tuesday, January 22, 1985
at Southold Town Hall at 3:30 p.m. for the purpose of
determining the need and location of a public project,
to consist of the acquisition of 2.796 acres of property
located on the northerly side of Lower Road, Southold.
17/ Authorize a transfer of funds with the Highway-Dep~rtment
1984 Budget.
18W/Accept proposals for the Town's 1985 Insurance Program
(1985, 1986, 1987)
19~ Accept the bid of B. P. Wreckers, Ltd. for the collection
storage, removal and purchase of all Scrap paper deposited
at the Southold Town Landfill Site.

collection, storage, removal and purchase of all Scrap
Metal deposited at the Southold Town Landfill Site.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
execute an agreement between the Town of Southold and
ERM-Northeast to assist in establishing home water
treatment districts.
