application on Reynold F. Blum , from "A, Residential
and Agricultural District to "B-l" General Business
District; Cutchogueo
2. 8:05 P.M. on December 18, 1984 upon "A LOCAL LAW in
relation to Residence Parking Permit Fees."
8:10 P.M. on December 18, 1984 upon "A LOCAL LAW to
amend the Southold Town Code in relation to parking
of vehicles."

RESOLUTIONS:
1/Step I salary increment for Linda J. Cooper.
2/The Southold Town Board approves the bond estimate in
the amount of $100,000 for the bluff plantings at "The
Breakers at Island's End", Greenport.
3~Transfer of funds - Highway Department.
4~/Transfer of funds - Highway Department.
5~ The Southold Town Board Calls upon the NYS Governor,
the Assembly and the Senate to cease the practice of
granting real property exemptions unless such exemptions
specifically provide that the State reimburse municipal-
ities for the loss of revenue occasioned by such exemptions.
6/Transfer of funds - General Fund Whole Town.
7/Transfer of funds - General Fund Part Town.
8/Transfer of funds - Federal Revenue Sharing 1984 Budget.
9/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor M~rphy to
enter into an agreement with the Southold P.B.A. for
1985 & 1986.
10/Town Board declares itself lead agency in the matter of the petition
of East End Associates for annexation.
