Hearing to be held by Southold Town Board and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Greenport at the Southold Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. Ve RESOLUTIONS: 2/ Appoint a member to the Southold Town Planning Board, effective immediately, through April 30, 198~. Appoint Eileen Carey as a part-time Clerk Typist for the Building Department effective December 15, through January 15, 1985. Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to execute an agreement between Agnes Reinhart and the Town of Southold for lease of a concrete block building. A proposed Local Law entitled "A Local Law in rela- tion to Zoning Code Fees." in relation to Zoning Code Fees. RESOLUTIONS: 7/ The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the petition of Herbert Mandel for a change of zone from "A" Residential & Agricultural to "B" Light Business District; Route 25, East Marion. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit the Herbert Mandel petition for change of zone to the Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department of Planning for their reconunendations. 9/The Southold Town Board extends the date for receiving proposals for the Town's Insurance Program for 1985 to 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 14, 1984. lO/ 11/ The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of Heating Fuel Oil. The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of Diesel Fuel. 12/ 13/ The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of Gasoline. The Southold Town Board amends their resolution authorizing all Elected Offiacials and all Appointed Officials to Participate in the CSEA Benefit Fund (making $7,500+). The Southold Town Board , pursuant to Sec. 284 of the Highway Law, agrees that all monies levied and collected for the repair and improvement of Highways will not be expended until the County Superintndentapproves the plans and specifications. 15~ Transfer of funds - 1984 Highway Department Budget. 16~ Transfer of funds - 1984 Fishers Island Ferry District. 17~ The Southold Town Board concurs with the Board of Commis-.. sioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District and authorizes a 7% increment to the employees of the District effective January l, 1985. 18/ The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to execute affidavits of verification in the matter of Luyster v. RESOLUTIONS: The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for Contract No. 1, Fishers Island Wastewater Treatment Facilities. 20'/ 21/ 22~ 23/ Transfer of funds - General Fund Whole Town. Transfer of funds - General Fund Part Town. Hire Diane Schultze as Stenographer for the Planning Board. The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of uniforms for the Police Department. 24/ DecisiOn on the Wetland Application of The Land Use Company on behalf of Leon Marcus. Town Board adopts internal grievance procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by the Office of Revenue Sharing's regulations implementing Section :504 of the Rehabilitation Action of 1973, as amended. 26/ Southold Town Board authorizer Supervisor to submit a program application to the Suffolk County Youth Bureau for 1985 Youth Recreation funds for the Town.
