Hearing on Notice under the Unsafe Building and
Collapsed Structure Law of the Town of Southold.
RESOLUTIONS:
1/Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy
to execute a Client Agreement~between the Town of
Southold and Phone-Review, Inc.
2~ Authorize Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to execute
a deed for the conveyance of land on the north
side of New Suffolk Avenue.
3/Town Clerk shall prepare and certify, in duplicate,
copies of Annual Budget as adopted by the Town Board
of the Town of Southold.
4/Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers
Island Ferry District to engage the services of Thames
Shipyard to make emergency repairs.
5/Transfer of funds.- Highway.
