sidewalks be replaced on the north side as well.

RESOLUTIONS:
8~/Pending decision on the petition of Daniel A. Kaelin for
a change of zone from "A" to "B-I" in Cutchogue. Public
Hearing was held on October 9, 1984.
7?/The Southold Town Board authorizes the issuance of bonds
for the acquisition of computer hardware for various departments
in the Town.
8/Transfer of funds - General Fund Whole Town.
9~The Southold Town Board accepts the Performance Bond of
$125,000.00 for roads and improvements in "Sebastian Cove,
Section II".
10/The Southold Town Board appoints Paul Buscerni as the
Attendance Officer for Laurel School
il/Trailer permit renewal by the First Baptist Church, Cutchogue.
12~/The Southold Town Board designates the Greenport Housing
Alliance to administer the Southold Town Community Development
Housing Programs for Year X and XI.
13~The Southold Town Board authorizes the commingling of funds
from the Capital Note and the Serial Bonds for the Acquisition
of Development Rights.
14. The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to cause
the dedication, release and deed to be recorded in the Suffolk
County Office of the Clerk for "Greton Court and Drainage Area"
in Greton Estates, Nattituck.
15~The Southold Town Board grants permission to the Southold P.T.A.
to use Town Roads for their Halloween Parade on October 31, 1984.
16 he Southold Town Board authorizes the expenditure of funds
for the Seniors Club of Southold-Peconic, Inc. bus trip.
17&/~he Southold Town Board appoints two part-time Gate Attendants
at tme Southold Town Landfill, at $5.00 per hour.
18~The Southold Town Board appoints a part-time Clerk in the
Office of the Receiver of Taxes, at $5.00 per hour.

funding for Suffolk County Legal Aid Society.

RESOLUT IONS:
9~l~he Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to transmit
the change of zone petition of Elizabeth J. Homan to the
8outhold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department
of Planning requesting their recommendations.
Authorize Supervisor to execute lease between St. Agnes Church and
Town of Southold for the Parish Hall for the purpose of conducting a
nutrition program and day care center for senior citiZens.
23/Authorize Supervisor to execute agreement between the Suffolk County
Office for the Aging and the Town of Southold for a Senior Adult Care
Program at the Southold Town Nutrition Center, St. Agnes Parish Hall,
Greenport.
24~,~a) Authorize the transfer of $400.00 from Board of Appeals Contractual
Account to Personal Services Account.
(b) Extend the employment of part-time Clerk Typist for the Board of
Appeals ~ilinda Taplin - to December 31, 1984, 15 hours per week.
