RESOLUTIONS:
l~The Southold Town Board authorizes an.amendment to the Community
Development Year 9 Program from F.I. Ave. B drainage to
andicapped Ramp American Legion.
2~The Southold Town Board authorizes an.amendment to the Community
Development Year 9 Program from Flint Street Housing Rehab to
Flint Street Sewer Extension.
3p/The Southold Town Board engages the services of H2M to
analyze quarterly samplings Of the scavanger waste lagoon
at the Cutchogue Scavanger Waste Site.
4/Pending decision on the wetlands application of the Harbor
Lights Property Association to dredge.
5~he Southold Town Board authorizes all Town Board members,
Planning Board member William F. Mullen, and Community
Development Director James McMahon to attend the Confrence
on Housing.
6~The Southold Town Board hereby accepts with regret the
resignation of James M. Wall member of the Southold Town
Planning Board.

9~he Southold Town Board authorizes the $10,000 received from
Constantine Georgiopoulos, in lieu of park and playground in
connection with his major subdivision, be placed in the Park
Land Money Maker Account to hold in reserve.
10~/The Southold Town Board requests the NYS Department of
Transportation to conduct a traffic survey of the inter-
section of NYS Route 25 and Pequash Avenue, Cutchogue.
ll/T~ Southold Town Board establishes a Housing Advisory Committee.
12 he Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to enter
v into an agreement with the Suffolk County Office for the Aging
for the Senior Adult Day Care Program.
lSd/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to enter
into an agreement with LILCO to extend the terms and conditions
of the third party agreement concerning street light facilities
attachments to utility poles.
14~The Southold Town Board urges the Governor and both houses of
the State Legislature to commence awarding contracts for the
necessary work to the roadwaysand infrastructures in Suffolk
and Nassau Counties.
15w/The Southold Town Board concurs with the Board of Commissioners
of the Fishers Island Ferry District in authorizing the emergency
repairs to the MV Munnatawket.
16/The Southold Town Board authorizes the expenditure of funds
for the Southold Senior Citizens Club, Inc. to engage two
