i/The Southold Town Board authorizes the purchase of three
parcels of land from the Suffolk County Department of
Real Estate.
2~nactment of Local Law No. 9-1984 "A LOCAL LAW in relatiOn
to permits and licenses for vehicles transporting refuse
into Town refuse disposal areas and penalties for offenses."
3~The Southold Town Board rescinds the resolution setting
fees for permits for the disposal of liquid and solid
waste at the Southold Town Landfill.
4/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to
enter into a three year cooperative agreement with Suffolk
County to receive Community Development funds for years
1985,1986 and.1987.

Set a Public Hearing for 8:05 P.M. on Tuesday, September 11,
1984, Southold Town Hall on the petition of Anna Fiore,
Michael Longo, Larry Stein, Christian Christake, J. Evangelista
and S. Evangelista for relief from the Bulk requirements of
the Zoning Code, with regard to a proposed major subdivision
"Richmond Creek Farms."
13F/ The Southold Town Board authorizes the release of the
$35,000 performance bond submitted by Theodore Dowd for
the completion of roads and improvements in the subdivision
known as Sea Aire Estates.
14/The Southold Town Board authorize~ the filing o~ a Application
fora Federal and State Grant for the Planning, Design and
Construction of Necessary Sewage Treatment Works.for the ~
Fishers Island Sewer District.

September 16 through September 22, 1984 as EMERGENCY MEDICINE
