Public Hearing on August 14th, 1984 at 8:00 p.m. at
Southold Town Hall on the petition of Virginia Helen
Moller, as Executor of the Estate of John W. Moller
for relief from the Bulk requirements of the Zoning
Code of the Town of Southold, with reference to a
proposed minor subdivision to be known as "Minor
Subdivision of John W. Moller and Dorothy Moller."
Mattituck.
Public Hearing on August 14th, 1984 at 8:05 p.m. at
Southold Town Hall on the petition of Theodore Laoudis
for relief from the Bulk requirements of the Zoning
Code of the Town of Southold, with reference to a
proposed major subdivision to be known as "Angel Shore
Estates." Southold.
AUTIONs:
uthorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
purchase three parcels of land from the Suffolk
!0unty Department of Real Estate.
2 ocal Law No. 9 - 1984 be enacted as follows:
"A Local Law in relation to permits and licenses
for vehicles transporting refuse into Town refuse
disposal areas and penalties for offenses."
3 Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Richard J. Cantwell to enlarge
and connect two existing irrigation ponds, Main Road

Rescind Resolution No. 29 adopted on April 10, 1984
declaring Southold Town Board as lead agency in regard
to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in the
matter of the petition of Virginia Helen Moller, as
Executor of the Estate of John W. Moller in reference

16/Trailer permit renewal of Florence Steiner, Main Road,
Mattituck.
17./The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy or
Deputy Supervisor Kujawski to sign checks, drafts and other
orders with Citibank and European American Bank - Consortium
Home Improvement Program. '.
18/The Southold Town Board authorizes the estabtiahm~h~ of the Town of Southold Commercial Rehab Demand Account and further
authorizes Supervisor Murphy and Deputy Supervisor Kujawski
to sign drafts, checks and other orders with respect to same.
19/Transfer of Funds- Fishers Island Ferry District.
20&/Appoint Mary E. Bourcet as Principal Account Clerk, from
Suffolk County Department of Civil Service List, effective
August 15, 1984.

travel to Nantucket, Massachusetts to research the special two percent
tax on real estate program.
28/Town Board determines that it will not proceed further with the
establishment of th6 proposed Captain Kidd Water District unless
petitioned by the taxpayers and residents of said district.
29k/Town Board declares itself lead agency in the matter of the petition
of Irwin and Tamara Wieder for a change of zone from "A" R~sfdential
and Agricultural District to "M" 12ight Multiple R~s[dence District.
30/Transmit change of zone petition of Irwin and Tamara Wieder to the
Southold Town Planning Board and Suffolk County Departmen~ of Planning.
31/Transmit proposed Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in relation to building
set-back requirements on lots adjacent to Tidal Waters',"to the Southold
Town Planning Board and Suffolk County Department of Planning.
