RESOLUTIONS:
14/The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to
advertise for bids for sidewalk and curbing removal and
replacement at various sites in the Town of Southold.
15/The Southold Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to
place a public notice that pursuant to the Revenue Sharing
Regulations - The Town of Southold does not discriminate
on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access
to or treatment or employment in it's programs and activities.
The Southold Town Board designates the Office of the Supervisor
as the contact to coordinate efforts to comply with this
requirement.

The Southold Town Board authorizes the Property Acquisition
account, Fishers Island Ferry District, to be closed and
the remaining funds to be transferred into the F.I.F.D. 1984
Budget as an Interfund Transfer (revenue).
23/The Southold Town Board hereby declares that emergency repairs
to the N/V MUNNATAWKET are required and authorizes the Board
of Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District to
~roceed with the repairs.
24~The Southold Town Board amends their resolution adopting
Local Law No. 7-1984, "A LOCAL LAW to provide for the
administration and enforcement of the N.Y.S. Uniform Fire
Prevention and Building Code", chane from Chapter 25 to
read Chapter 45.
