wetland application of Thomas D. Mac Dougall construct
a deck and ramp. Arshamomaque Pond, Southold.
12~Z/Environmental assessment on the wetland application of
The Land Use Company on behalf of George Sweeney to
· maintenance dredge an existing boat slip and install
timber bulkhead, Cutchogue.
13.~The Land Use Company on behalf of George Sweeney is
hereby GRANTED/DENIED permission to install timber
bulkhead at the end of Mason Drive, Cutchogue.
14/Town of Southold hereby establishes a time limit of
4 minutes for individuals to address the Town Board
at a Regular Meetlng, Special Meeting or a Public
Hearing.
15~-/Abolishes the Standing Committee known as the "Youth
Committee," and establish a new Standing Committee
to be known as the "Recreation Committee."
16/Appoint Town Board Members to the Standing Committees.
17JAuthorize Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to execute a
Stipulation of Discontinuance in the matter of the Town
of Southold, Plantiff, against Robert J. Douglass and
Nancy R. Douglass and Willow Terrace Farms, Inc.,
Defendants.
18/Authorize and direct Supervisor Frank Murphy to execute
the EPA Outlay Report and Request for Reimbursement for
Construction Programs in respect to the Southold Scavenger
Waste Project, Federal/New York State Reimbursement.
19~Authorize the purchase of 2.796 acres of land on the north
side of Lower Road, Southold, from Edward A. Prechtl and
Eleanor M. Prechtl.
20.~Order providing for a public hearing relative to the estab-
lishment of the Captain Kidd Water District.
21/Set a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law entitled
"A Local Law in relation to the regulation of house-
barges and residential boat use in the Town of Southold."
22/'Town Board determines the N.Y.S.-D.E.C. should assume Lead Agency
in the matter of the various petitions of Brewer Yacht Yard at C. reenport.
