Budds Pond, Greenport. Written comments by June 1, 1984. 2. The Village of Greenport is in receipt of a grant from the N.Y.S. Department of State for the purpose of studying the feasibility of converting solid waste on the North Fork to electricity for the Village of Greenport. RESOLUTIONS: l~The Southold Town Board approves the bond estimate of $9,130.00 for the installation of a water main in the Minor Subdivision entitled "Leon Marcus", Greenport. 2~/Trailer permit renewal by William P. Ruland, Mattituck. 3v/The Southold Town Board approves the bond estimate of $125,000 for roads and improvements in the subdivision entitled "Sebastian Cove"; Mattituck. 4~The Southold Town Board approves the expenditure of $350.00 to the Southold Senior Citizens Club for the New York City bus trip. 5/The Southold Town Board approves the expenditure of $384.00 to the Seniors Club of Southold-Peconic,Inc. for the South Stree Seaport bus trip. SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AGENDA - MAY 22, 1984 PAGE 4 RESOLUTIONS: 6/The Southold Town Board grants permission to the United Fire Comany, No. 1, Cutchogue Fire Department to use Town Roads for their annual Parade and Drill on July 21, 1984. 7~The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to to enter into an agreement with the County of Suffolk for the Year X Community Development Program in the amount of $242,000.00. 8~he Southold Town Board renews franchise agreement with the Times Mirror Cable Television of Long Island, Inc.. 9F~he Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to enter into and agreement with N.Y.S., Department of Trans- portation and Cross Sound Ferry Service, Inc. to complete the construction of the new terminal building, staging area, and additional bulkheads, dolphins and pilings at Orient Point. 10~ The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to enter into agreement with Ward Associates, P.C., N.Y.S.
