the wetlands~ application of Costello Marine Contracting
Corp. for Alvah, Jr., Bruce & Allen Goldsmith to construct
ulkhead; Town Creek, Southold.
15~The Southold Town Board hereby authorizes the Town'Clerk
to submit a letter to the Suffolk County Department of
Health Services requesting that the Town of Southold be
granted ownership of ~he Water Vending MaChine, located
at the Senior/Youth Recreation Center.
16~/The Southold Town Board hereby goes on record as
opposing Senate Bill_~o. S140, "AN ACT to amend the
~ubli6~"Hezlth Law, in relation to fees for birth and
death certificates".

17/The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in
the wetlands application of The Land Use Company for
Edward Quintieri and Richard Pulcini to install a timber
bulkhead and two returns; James Creek, Mattituck.
18V/The Southold Town Board hereby authorizes one Town
employee to attend the Supervisors' and County Legislators'
Association, Cornell University Local Government Program
on Micro-Computers and Local Government.
19~he Southold Town Board hereby accepts the bid for furnish-
ing and applying Asphalt Road Materials.
20~/~he Southold Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk
to publish a public notice on the proposed amendments to
the Community Development Program Year VII, VIII and IX.
21~et a Public Hearing at 3:55 P.M. on April 24, 1984
at the Southold Town Hall on ',A LOCAL LAW to amend the
Zoning Code in relation to the computation of lots in a
Cluster Development"
22~et a Public Hearing at 4:00 P.M. on April 24, 1984
at the Southold Town Hall on "A LOCAL LAW in relation to
penalties for violation of the Southold Town Zoning
Code".
23/The Southold Town Board hereby authorizes Supervisor
Murphy to enter into an agreement with Szepatowski
Associates, Inc. for the services of one Senior Planner
and one Environmental Planner/Designer.
24~/~et a public informational meeting at 7:30 P.M. on
May 10, 1984 at the Southold Town Hall on proposed
N.Y.S. Legislation to establish a Southold Town
Land Preservation Bank. The purpose of said legislation
is to establish a Town land preservation bank funded
by a 2% levy on transfers of real property.
25 he Southold Town Board hereby amends Wetlands Permit
No. 132, issued to The Land Use Company for Robert
Stewart on October 4, 1984 to permit Mr. Stewart to
construct a fixed dock at a width of 4 feet, in
accordance with the recommendations of the Board of
Southold Town Trustees.
26}/~he Southold Town Board hereby appoints Andrew J. Ficurilli
to the position of Public Safety Dispatcher I.

27/Transfer of funds - Fishers Island Ferry District.
28~he Southold Town Board hereby authorizes the Board
of Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District
to advertise for bids for the construction of a new
ferry vessel.
29~he Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in
the petition of ViCtoria Helen Moller, as ExeCutor of
the Estate of John W. Moller, for relief from the Bulk
requirements of the Zoning Code; Point Pleasant, Matt.
30/The Southold Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk
to transmit the petition of Victoria Helen Moller to
the Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County
Department of Planning .
31/The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in
the petition of Theodore H. Smith III and Briscoe R.
Smith for relief from the Bulk requirements of the Zoning
Code; Fishers Island.
32~/The Southold Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk
to transmit the petition of Theodore H. Smith and
Briscoe R. Smith to the Southold Town Planning Board
and the Suffolk County Department of Planning.
33~/The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in
the petition;of Theodore Laoudis for relief from the
Bulk requirements of the Zoning Code; Angel Shore

34/The Southold Town Board hereby auihori~es the Town Clerk

to advertise for twenty to twenty-five applicants for
the position of Gate Attendant at the Southold Town
Landfill Site.
36W'The Southold Town Board hereby appoints Reverend
Jim Miller as Southold Town's Representative on the
.A.S.T. Board of Directors.
37~The Southold Town Board hereby accepts
the
proposal
of Paul Flagg for the management, scientific monitoring
and advisor for the 1984 Southold Town Seed Clam Program.
38~Supervisor Nurphy is authorized and directed to execute
an application requesting that the N.Y.S. Comptroller
adopt an~order approving an increase in the maximum
amount proposed to be expended in the Southold Waste-
water Disposal Disirict
39~/~he Southold Town Board hereby allocates $1,400.00
Joint Youth Account, to the Mattituck-Cutchogue Little
League.
40~/The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in
thei~wetlands application.o£ Anna Fiore, Michael Longo,
et. al. for relief from the Bulk requirements of the
Zoning Code; subdivision of Richmond Creek Farms.
