Public Hearing at 3:35 p.m. on January 31, 1984 at the Southold Town Hall on the proposed amendment to the Community Development Year VIII and IX Programs. VJ RESOLUTIONS: 1~/ Appoint Southold Town Attorney. 2~Accept bid for supplying the Town with materials for the Prefabricated modular kennel system for the Southold Town Dog Pound. / 3/Approve/Disapprove property of Mohring Enterprises, Inc. located in Mattituck as being developed in the cluster concept. Authorize the Supervisor and Town Clerk to execute any and all required documents for the sale of stock by the Town of Southold. (500 shares of Stanley Works stock) 5~ Southold Town Board hereby goes on record in support of Senate Bill No. 4978, entitled, "AN ACT to amend the town law, in relation to setting fines for violation of town zoning ordinances," 6/ Allocate surplus 1983 Federal Revenue Sharing Funds to a new line item entitled, "Municipal Rate Payers Consortium." 7J Town of Southold hereby resolves to join in a consortium of Municipal Rate Payers Advocacy Association. 8~/Set hearings on Tuesday February 14, 1984 at Southold Town Hall on the following wetland applications: ~3:32 p.m. - Application of Russell B. Murphy to execute an agreement between Town of Southold and Compu-Pressure for term of one year. ii'Approve the "Town of Southold Community Developement Residential Rehabilitation Program Guidelines and Operation Manual". 12~Grant Southold Town Police office.rs their six month salary increments. 13~Approve payment of electric charges by Village of Greenport for use of lights on polo grounds. Greenport. 14/Create the position of Maintenance Mechanic III in Building and Grounds, at starting salary of $16,000.00 per annum. ~5~)Authorize the purchase of clams from Aquacultural Research Corporation, Massachusetts. ~)Authorize the purchase of clams from Shinnecock Tribal ~c Oyster Project, Southampton. )Authorize the purchase of scallops from Aquacultural Research Corporation, Massachusetts. 16~/ Authorize the advance of funds from General Fund Whole Town Account to the Nutrition Program, Home Aide Program and Community Development Program when in need for payroll purposes. 17~/ Transfer of funds from Police Contractual Expenses into Police Equipment. 18~/The Southold Town Board accepts the bid for supplying five Police vehicles. 19/Authorize expenditure of an amount not to exceed $700.00 ~r postage ~r a Town-wide mailing concerning public in~rmational meetings on the Master Plan Update. 20/ Create position of Sanitation Supervisor ~r Landfill site and advertise ~r resumes. 21.
