1/The Southold Town Board appoints Raymond C. Dean as
Commissioner of Public Works for the Town of Southold.

4/Set a Public Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on March 13, 1984

RESOLUTIONS:
14/The Southold Town Board authorizes the Board of Commissioners
of the Fishers Island Ferry District to encumber funds from
the Fishers Island Ferry District !983 Budget.
!5~The Southold Town Board authorizes the Board of Commissioners
of the Fishers Island Ferry District to assume full control
of the operation of its ferry vessels and terminal facilities.
16~/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to
execute an agreement with Gestetner Corp. for the maintenance
of the duplicator and mimeograph machines at the Southold
Town Police Headquarters.
l?F/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to
execute an agreement with the Suffolk County Office for
the Aging for the 1984 Senior Nutrition Program.

for the purpose of acquisition of real property from the
U.S. Government and located at Fishers Island.

26/The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy and
the Town Clerk to execute any and all required documents
for the purpose of acquisition of real property from the
