V. RESOLUTIONS:
2~/Appointment to the Southold Town Board of Assessment Review
to fill unexpired term of Andrew Pitre, effective November 7,
1985.
3/Set time limit for receipt of Long Environmental Assessment
Form of Richard J. Cantwell.
4V/ Refund to William Boylhart, amended his building permit appli-
cation thereby eliminating the need for an appeal, which had
not been processed by the Board of Appeals.
5/Appoint Denise A. Ross as Assessment Clerk in the Assessor's
Office.
6~horize and direct Supervisor Francis J~ Murphy to execute
an agreement between the Town of Southold and Town of Shelter
Island. Southold will answer all telephone communications and
receive and dispatch radio transmissions to and from Shelter
Island Police vehicles and the Town of Southold will keep a
record of all radio transmissions.
7/Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to execute
an agreement between Howard Reinhart for the lease of a
concrete block building.
8/Authorize all members of the Southold Town Board to attend
the one day Local Government Seminar "Increasing Revenues
through User Fees".
9/ Grant permission to the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce to
recognize Superintendent of Highways Raymond C. Dean, upon
his retirement, by naming the new parking field between
Sound Avenue and Pike Street, Mattituck, in his honor.
