4/ Supervisor Francis J. Murphy, Emergency Preparedness
Coordinator for the Town of Southold, hereby declares
the Town of Southold to be in a state of emergency,
effective 12 Noon, September 30, 1985.
5~ Southold Town hereby endorses the concept of the
New York State Lobby for Towns (NYSALT).
