Notice of Adjudicatory Public Hearing on the application
of Constantine Georgiopoulos to place 2000± cubic yards
of fill and construct a one-family .'dwelling with well,
septic system and parking area (Great Pond). Hearing
will be held on August 29, 1985 at 10:00 A.M. in the
Southold Town Hall.

RESOLUTIONS:
I/The Southold Town Board approves an extension on the Letter
of Credit, filed as a performance bond for roads and improve-
ments in the major subdivision "Hillcrest Estates".
2/The Southold Town Board approves the release of the Letter
Of Credit for the major subdivision "Highpoint" at East
Marion, Section I and Section II, all in accord with the
recommendations of Southold Planning, Highway and Field
Inspector.

RESOL,UTIONS:
3/The Southold Town Board appoints members to the Council
of Veteran's Affairs.
The Southold Town Board accepts the bid for supplying
the Town of Southold Police Department one new vehicle.
The Southold Town Board believes that the ammendment to
the Open Meeting Law,(which exempts from its provisions
the deliberations of the members of the State Senate and
Assembly and members of the legislative bodies of a County,
City, Town or Village who are~members of the same political
party, without regard to subject matter, including public
business) is contrary to the intent and purpose of this
law.

of the Notice of Pendency in the Supreme Court matter of
Town of Southold, Plaintiff, against Marine Associates, Inc.,
Defendant, dated Jan. 9, 1985.

at 3:00 P.M. on August 27, 1985.
