II. PUBLIC NOTICE:
1. N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation
Adjudicatory Public Hearing on the complete application
of Daniel F. Gordon to remove ±200 cubic yards of earth
from top of bluff; in addition a nearby beach house is
to be removed from site by crane. Parcel 35-4, Fishers
Island. Public Hearing wilLbe held on August 28, 1985
at 4:00 P.M. in the Fishers Island School.
RESOLUTIONS:
The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to
make formal application to the Power Authority of the
State of New York for a contract allocation of twenty-
one (21) megawatts of hydroelectric power and energy.
The Southold Town Board authorizes Supervisor Murphy to
apply to the Suffolk County Department of Real Estate
for the purchase of three parcels of land being offered
for tax sale, for the development of these properties
to benefit the housing needs of low/moderate income
residents of the Town of Southold.
