"A LOCAL LAW in relation to mooring permit fees"

"A LOCAL LAW on Amendments to the Wetland's Ordinance"
RESOLUTIONS:
1/Pending decision on the relief petition of Harold and
Frederick Reese from the Bulk requirements of the Zoning
Code (2 acre zoning) in "Harbor Lights, Section V".
2F/Transfer of funds within General Fund Whole Town 1985
Budget.
3/Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
execute an agreement between the Town and R. W. Beck
and Associates for an Engineering Overview Study Es-
tablishing a Municipal Electric utility in the Town
of Southold.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
engage the services of R. W. Beck & Associates of
Wellesley, Massachusetts to prepare and submit to PASNY
an energy and demand forecast for the period 1985-2006
as part of the Town's application for an allocation of
hydroelectric power and energy.
5~/Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
execute an agreement with the State of New York Divi-
sion of Equalization and Assessment for computer services
for the Assessors Office during the 1985 State Fiscal
year (April 1, 1985 through March 31, 1984).
6/Accept the resignation of Public Safety Dispatcher
Andrew J. Ficurilli, effective March 25, 1986~
7~Transfer of funds within the General Fund Whole 1985 Budget.
8~'/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to issue a complimentiry
copy of the Southold Town Zoning Code and Southold Town
Zoning Maps to the Suffolk County Department of Real Estate.

RESOLUTIONS:
9~/ Amend the resolutions of February 24, 1981 and April 14,
1981 establishing a minimum annual salary base and mini-
mum work week for all new employees to be qualified for
coverage under the medical insurance plan for the Town
of Southold.
10. Authorize and direct Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to
execute an agreement between the Town and Paul J. Flagg,
Marine Scientist, for his services in the Town's 1985
shellfish program.
il/Petition of the owners of more than one-half of the real
property fronting on Wendy Drive for the improvement of
'said street.
12/Authorize Betty Wells, Account Clerk, to attend a meet-
ing scheduled by the Retirement System Employer Service
Bureau at the ADP offices, Melville, on March 28, 1985.
13~unds to be deposited with the Town of Southold in lieu
v of land for park and playground in the major subdivision
of Richard J. Cron.
14/Appoint part-time Public Safety Dispatchers at the
Southold Town Police Department, effective immediately.
15~/ Approve the reduction in the Letter of Credit for High-
point at East Marion, Section II, all in accordance
with the with the recommendation of the Southold Town
Planning Board, Superintendent of Highways Dean, and
Field Inspector John W. Davis
16/Accept the bid of Tryac Truck & Equipment Co., Inc.
Riverhead, New York, for supplying the Town of Southold
with one (1) 1985 International Model 1654 Diesel Cab
and Chassis with Aerial Lift.
Accept the bid of Tryac Truck & Equipment Co., Inc. for
supplying the Town of Southold with (1) 1985 International
Model 2554 Diesel Cab and Chassis with a Theile Model
12 Dump Body.
Appoint a part-time Clerk-Typist for the Southold Town
Justice Court, effective April 1, 1985.
Southold Town Board requests the introduction and enact-
ment of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New
York, this Town may request the State Legislature to pass
a special law relating to its property, affairs of govern-
ment, which law, by its terms, applies only to the Town
of Southold.
