1. 3:30 P.M. on January 22, 1985 at the Southold Town Hall
Public Hearing to determine the need and location of a
public project to consist of the acquisition of 2.796
acres of land on the Lower Road, Southold and the construction
thereon of a Recharge Basin to alleviate highway flooding.
2.' 3:35 P.M. on January 22, 1985 at the Southold Town Hall
Public Hearing in the matter of the petition of Harold Reese
and Frederick Reese for relief from the Bulk requirements
of the Zoning Code; Harbor Lights - Section V.

RESOLUTIONS:
1F/Authorize amendment to the Community Development
Year X Program Budget.
2~/ Renewal of single family house trailer, Peconic.

Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
purchase of a 1985 four wheel drive wagon for Bay
Constable.
4~ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
purchase of six 1985 special police type automobiles,
as ~e~.' specifications, for the Southold Town Police
Department.
5~ending decision on Sage Properties.
6~ecognize and congratulate the Southold Settlers Varsity
Soccer Team for winning the New York State Class D Soccer
Championship for 1984.
7/Congratulate and commend Richard Diaz for achieving the
highest rank in scouting EAGLE SCOUT.

Brewer Yacht Yard at Greenport, Inc. for the aforesaid
