RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establish¢
the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relatior
to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment% and the public will
also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled
business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic.

Law, State Environmental Quality Review, and 6NYCRR Part 617,
Section 617.10 and Chapter 44 of the Code of the Town of Southold
notice is hereby given that the Town Board as lead agency for
the above action has determined that the project which is unlisted
will not have a significant effect on the environment.

petition for change of zoning (John Costello) from "M" to
