RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes
the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation
to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will
also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled
business agneda, to address the Board on any given topic.

effective immediately.
2/Auth0rizes the Town Board to refund Mattituck Library, payment
of annual supplementation fee for updating the Southold Town Code
see resolution 20 dated December 2, 1986.
3~/ Southold Town Board as lead agency has determined that the proposed
purchase of a compactor-tractor for the Southold Landfill Site.
4/Appoints Joan Davis as full-time clerk-typist in Accounting
Department December 22 thru Jan. 9, 1986.
5~/AuthoriZes transfers within the General Fund Whole Town 1986
Budget,
Authorizes transfers within the General Fund Part Town 1986 Budget.
Grants family house trailor permit to John C. Tuthill, Mattituck.
