RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes'
the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation
to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will
also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled
business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic.

Notice of Complete Application by Ralph Stocker to construct
a one family dwelling, deck, septic system; Dawn Lagoon,
Greenport. Written comments by October 17, 1986.
2. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District announcement
of a proposal to issue a State Program Regional General
Permit, under section 10 of the River and Harbor Act of
1889 and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, for the
construction and use of rock-filled timber crib piers in
waters of the United States meeting the specifications and
conditions of the permit. Written comments by October 52,1986.

V. RESOLUTIONS:
Direct the Town Clerk to transmit copies of proposed change
of zone classification from "M" to "A" on the 49 acres at
Moore's Lane, Greenport.
Appoint Jean L. Gilman, Regional Flood Plain Coordinator
for the NYS DEC as a member of the Kenny's Beach Shoreline
Erosion Control Committee.
Authorize Supervisor Murphy to execute an agreement with
Suffolk County Consortium and Citibank to participate in
the CHIP program and to provide 6~ guaranteed loans.

Authorize Supervisor Murphy to execute an agreement with
Suffolk County Consortium and European American Bank and
Trust Company to participate in the CHIP Program and to
provide 8% loans.

water system, and improvements in the major subdivision of Harbor
View at Mattltuck.
Set 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 18, 1986, Southold Town Hall,
as time and place to meet with owners of properties recommended
for acceptance as Southold Town Landmarks by the Southold Town
Landmark Preservation Commission.
Town Board declares themselves lead agency in the matter of proposed
"Local Law in relation to affordable housing".
Set 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 21, 1986, Southold Town Hall,
as time and place for public hearing on a proposed "Local Law
in relation to affordable housing".
AUthorize Town Clerk to dispose of obsolete unused surplus town hall
telephone equipment.
