RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, applicant Charles W. Bowman, The Land Use Company to sub- divide lot into 2 lots and construct one family dwelling on each. Henderson III as part-time purser for Fishers Island Ferry District. 15/Authorizes Board of Commissioners of FI Ferry District to prepare specifications and advertise for bid for the replacement of up to 6 dolphins at the entrance of Silver Eel Cove, Fishers Island. Town Board appoints members to the Kenny's Beach Shoreline Erosion Control Committee. Authorize Town Clerk to advertise for rest~mes for members of the Kenny's Beach Shoreline Erosion Control Committee. 26. 27/ Town Board declares themselves lead agency in the matter of a proposed "Local Law to amend the Southold Town Zoning Code and the Zoning Map incorporated therein, to implement, in whole or in part, the recommendations of the Master Plan Update prepared by the Planning Board." Rescind Resolution No. 22, adopted on July 29, 1986, appointing Respite Aides. Enactment of Local Law No. 11 - 1986, "A Local Law in relation to stop and yield intersections and parking of motor vehicles."
