RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes
the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation
to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will
also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled
business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. June 3, 1986

II. PUBLIC NOTICE:
1. New York State Department of Environmental Conservation,
applicant Charles W. Bowman, The Land Use Company to sub-
divide lot into 2 lots and construct one family dwelling on each.

2. NYSDEC proposed amendments of Part 42 of Titl~ 6 of the Official
Compilation of Oodes, Rules and Regulations of the State of NY
Public hearings will be held on Sept. 23, 1986, October 6, 1986
and written comments may be submitted until October 30, 1986
3. NYSDEC, application by LILCO, applicants propose to lay cable
from its Southold substation to East Hampton. Comments
no later that October 10, 1986.
4a. Nuclear Regulatory Commission License has scheduled September
23, 24, and 25 to hear public comments of the licensing of
Shoreham Nuclear Plant in Hauppauge, Riverhead and Mineola.
4b. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is holding open hearing ~on
Shoreham for the residents of~the East End on September 25, 1986.
5. New York State Department of Environmental Conservation,
applicant Alvah Goldsmith for the rehabilitation of an existing
marina on Peconic Bay. Comments due October 10, 1986.

l~irect the Town Clerk to transmit copies to change the

at Moores Lane, Greenport.
2/Authorize Town Clerk to advertise for separate bids for:
milk, police department uniform cleaning, sale and removal
of scrap paper, sale and removal of scrap metal, gasoline,
heating fuel oil, and diesel fuel.
3f Authorizes Supervisor Murphy to enter into a~ agreement
with Suffolk County for the 1986 grant from the US Dept.
of Housing and Urban Development-Rental Rehabilitation
program.

of the Master Plan Update prepared by the Planning Board."
