RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings
the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior
to their enactment; and the public will also be given time, at
the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic. June 3, 1986.

the Town, Village of Greenport and the North Fork Animal
Welfare League, Inc. to provide for the control of dogs in
the Village of Greenport.
The Southold Town Board goes on record in opposition to the
proposed increase of excise tas on wine from 17 cents to
84 cents per gallon.
Authorize Supervisor Murphy to execute a grant application
to Suffolk County Youth Bureau for the 1987 Youth Services
Program - $10,000.
