on a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law to provide Regulations
for the use and operation of Public Sewers."

on the question of the acceptance of the option for the
acquisition, by the Town of Southold, of the development
rights in the agricultural land owned by G. Ritchie Latham
and James p. Latham, aprroximately 9.8 acres.

Advisory Committee for the .AirpOrt Site Selection/Master
Plan.
9~/Request NYS Department of Transportation to conduct a
speed survey for the Laughing Waters area.
10~/ Permit the Southold Fire Department to use Town roads
for their 100th Anniversary Grand Parade and Celebration.

real property in said district."
