RESOLUTIONS:
1/ Southold Town Board authorizes amendments to the Community
Development Year 11 Program.
Southold Town Board appoints Carol A. Bolger as a member
of the Board of Assessment Review.
Amend resolution regarding salary of Susan Fossett,
Recreation Supervisor.
Southold Town Board appoints Robert Muir as Beach Manager
for the 1986 Season~and sets salary.
Southold Town Board authorizes attendance at the Association
of Towns.

Authorize Supervisor Murphy to enter into an A~reement with
the Village of Greenport for radio transmissions for the
Police Department.
Southold Town Board sets aPublic Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on
Tuesday, March 11, 1986 at the Southold Town Hall on the
Draft Environmental Impact Statement submitted by Meadow
Farms Associates for a change of zone application from
"A" Residential and Agricultural to "M" Light Multiple
Residence District.
Southold Town Board adopts the "Senior Flag" as a symbol
for Senior Citizens.
Appointment of Supervisor Murphy and Reverend James
Miller as the public representatives on the C.A.S.T.
Board of Directors.
Southold Town Board extends their thanks and appreciation
to Franklin Bear, whose term of office expires, as the
Southold Town Representative to the Board of Trustees of the
Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.
Southold Town Board authorizes the attendance at a Workshop
on Recycling Sludge, Solid Waste, and Wastewater.
12a/Southold Town Board requests the enactment of NYS Senate
Bill #5514 "AN ACT establishing the Southold Land Preservation
Bank to preserve, acquire, hold and manage certain real property
in the Town of Southold."
b/Southold Town Board requests the enactment of NYS Assembly
Bill # 6370 (Companion Bill)

body armor for members of the Southold Town Police Department.

purchase of three 3/4 ton Pick-up Trucks.
Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island
Ferry District to advertise for bids for the M/V Munnatawket
and M/V Race Point to be drydocked for periodic inspection,
necessary repairs, and refurbishing of the vessels' under-
water bodies.
Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island
Ferry District to retain the services of an appraiser for
certain property on Fishers Island.
Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island
Ferry District to hire two part-time deck hands.
Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island
Ferry District to create and fill two new positions.
Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
labor and flashing required to install materials for the
Senior/Youth Recreation Center.
Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for two members
of the Southold Town Farmland Committee.
Authorize Supervisor to execute an agreement with Phone-Review, Inc.
to report discrepancies to the N.Y. Telephone Co. and obtain ' credit.
