WITISSETH,that t�e party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,docs,hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingixxhe at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York known and designated as lot No. 121 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Pebble Beach Farms, East Marion,
Town of Southhold, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 11, 1975
as Map No. 6266, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the northerly side of The Strand, dis-
tant 1325. 87 feet westerly as measured along the northerly side
of The Strand from the westernmost point on the arc of a curve
formed by the intersection of the northerly side of The Strand
and the westerly side of The Long Way, said arc having a radius
of 20. 00 feet and a length , of 31.42 feet:
