THIS INDENTURE, made the 12th day of June nineteen hundred and ninety
BETWEEN
RAYMOND MAZZOCHI and EVELYN MAZZOCHI, husband and wife,
both residin at 35-27 209th Street , Bayside , New York
party of the first part, and CAROL ALPERT and SARINA SCIALABBA,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
