point of beginning also being distant 264.26 feet, as measured
easterly from a point on the northerly line of Main Road which
marks the intersection of the southeasterly corner of land now
or formerly of Nodine with the northerly line of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, along the said
northerly line of Main Road in a southwesterly direction on a
curve to the right having a radius of 2259. 01 feet, a distance
of 132 . 13 feet to the southeasterly corner of land now of or

TOGETHER with an easement 7 and 1/2 feet wide over lands now
or formerly of Jayne, commencing immediately to the west of a
point located 114 .41 feet westerly on a course South 55
degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West from the northwesterly
corner of Parcel I, extending from said point to and from Long
Island Sound to be used in common with others.
TOGETHER with an easement from the aforesaid point, 7 and 1/2
feet wide extending northerly over the westerly side of lands
now or formerly of Hicks to and from Long Island Sound to be
used in common with others.
PARCEL II
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being in the Hamlet of East Marion, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road which
point is the intersection of the southerly line of said Main
Road and the extension southerly of the easterly line of
Parcel I, being the northeasterly corner of Parcel II ;
RUNNING THENCE South 24 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East 42
feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Orient
Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly direction along the ordinary high
water mark of Orient Harbor 132 feet more or less to a point
which is the intersection of the ordinary high water mark of
Orient Harbor with the southeasterly corner of land now of or
about to be conveyed to Willliams;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now of or about to be conveyed
to Williams, North 22 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 30
feet more or less to the southerly line of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the said southerly line of Main Road on
a curve, to the left having a radius of 2325. 01 feet, a
distance of 132 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
part of the first part by a deed dated May 17, 1979 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May 22 , 1979
in Liber 8628 , Page 578 .
