lying and being in the Town of Southould, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded and described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
Being the same premises described in deed from Estelle C. 14azle, F/K/A
Estelle C. Carll , dated November 15, 1985, and recorded December 17 , 1985 in
