of the premises easterly about 220 feet to the westerly end of said
33 foot private road known as North View Drive.
ALSO WITH A RIGHT OF WAY over said 33 foot private road known as
North View Drive, a 33 foot private road known as South View Drive
and a 33 foot private road known as Brown' s Hill Road to the Main
Road, (Route 25) .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated June 8, 1960 which deed was
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on June 15, 1960 in Liber 4825 page 421 .
