Dear Ms. Doherty:
I am writing you this letter as a courtesy to advise you and the Board members that I will
be erecting a tent on my beachfront property the weekend of August 23, 2008 to
accommodate the engagement celebration of my son.
The tent will be placed, weather permitting, on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 and will be
removed on Monday, August 25, 2008.
I have been advised by the Building Department that a permit is not needed in putting up
a temporary residential tent.
Please advise me if you or any other of the trustee require any additional information.
