SOUTHOLD TOWN' BOARD AGENDA

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public
attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in
relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will
also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business
agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986.

Approval of the Audit of Bills of September 22, 1987.
Approval of the Minutes of the September 8, 1987 Town Board Meeting.
Next Meeting Date: October 6, 1987 at 7:30 P.M.

documents and submit to prospective bidders for the Town's 1988
General Insurance Program.
3P/Authorize Supervisor Murphy to execute a three year cooperative
agreement with Suffolk County to receive Community Development
funds for federal fiscal years 1988, 1989, and 1990.
4/Authorize Supervisor Murphy to execute a three month agreement with
IBM for a new copy machine.
5t,/Grant permission to Chief Winters to attend the International Association
of Chiefs of Police Confrence.
