RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the
public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the
Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enact-
ment and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of
the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on
any given topic. June 3, 1986.

Approval of the Town Board Minutes of December 30, 1986, January 5,
1987 and January 6, 1987.
NEXT MEETING DATE: February 3, 1987 at 7:30 P.M.
Special Resolution- The Southold Town Board endorses the concept
of the SAFE HOMES PROGRAM, whereby parents pledge to create a SAFE
HOME - safe from drugs, alchohol - safe for teenage parties and .
are aware of other SAFE HOMES for their teenagers.

the application of John A. Costello to amend the Building
Zone Ordinance (and Zone Maps) by changing from "M" Light
Multiple Residence District to "AHD" Affordable Housing
District - Greenport.
