RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board meetings the
public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the
Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enact-
ment: and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of
the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on
any given topic. - June 3, 1986.

on the petition of Howard Zehner (formerly Southport Develop-
ment Corp.) for a change of zone from "C" Light Industrial
District to "M-i" General Multiple Residence District at
Sage Boulevard, Greenport.
RESOLUTIONS:
1~/ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
purchase of six Special Police Automibles.
2~/ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
purchase of one police vehicle.
3/ Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise the Town Meeting with
the N.Y.S.D.E.C. at 7:00 P.M. on January 29, 1987 at the
Southold Town Hall to answer questions regarding local issues.
