WITNESSED, that the partyvf the first part, In cpiisideration of ten kllars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinginkas at Orient, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and designated as part of Lot 3 and part of
Lot 4 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Willow Terrace, Section
One at Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on November 28, 1969, as
Map No. 5407, said premises being more particularly bounded and
described, with reference to said map as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane
20 feet southerly along said westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane
from the division line between Lot Nos . 2 and 3, as shown on said
Map, and
RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane
South 46 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 100 feet;
RUNNING THENCE through lot No. 4 South 49 degrees 12 minutes
00 seconds West 185 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high
water line of Orient Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along said ordinary high water line
130 feet, more or less, to the division line between lot nos . 2
and 3, as shown on said Map;
RUNNING THENCE through Lot No. 3 North 58 degrees 26 minutes 00
seconds East 187 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of
Willow Terrace Lane and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING & INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
Dist. 1000 grantor herein by deed dated June 9, 1986, recorded 7/10/86,
Sec . 026. 0 in Liber 10074, Page 215 .

Lot 022 . 00 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the salve for
any.other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre $o requires.
