Strachan, from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of King Street North 73 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East 25. 26 feet to a point which forms the division line between the premises herein described to the West and Lot No. 1 on a Map of Proposed Setoff Prepared for Peter Blank, Jr. , and George R.
