THIS INDENTURE, made the 16th day of August

and principal place of business at 460 Glen Cove Avenue,
Sea Cliff, New York 11579; and RITA MOHRING, residing at
16 Fox Lane, Locust Valley, New York 11560

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN and 00/100----------//

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kxlke at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, shown and designated as and by Lot No. 15 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Highland Estates", and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 4/26/77 as Map No. 6537, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Crown Land Lane dis-
tant 135.50 feet southwesterly as measured along the northwesterly side
of Crown Land Lane from the extreme southwesterly end of the arc of a
curve connecting the northwesterly side of Crown Land Lane and the
southwesterly side of Highland Road; RUNNING THENCE along the north-
westerly side of Crown Land Lane the following two (2) courses and
distances: (1) South 391 14' 10" West 26.20 feet; (2) Southwesterly
along the arc of a curve bearing to the left, having a radius of 215.00
feet a distance along said curve of 108.86 feet; THENCE North 790 46'
27" West 64.66 feet; THENCE North 50° 45' 50" West 207.85 feet; TIiENCE
North 350 52' 27" East 162.10 feet; THENCE South 50° 45' 50" East
246.93 feet to the northwesterly side of Crown Land Lane at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors
herein by deed dated 5/3/83 and recorded 5/13/83 in Liber 9358, page
295.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part and upon the consent of all
its stockholders.
