and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk ands-
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 9 on a certain
map entitled, "Settlers at Oysterponds" filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on 5/4/84 as Map No. .7729, said lot being
more particularly .bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Halyoake Road, sa+d
point being distant. 626.50 feet northerly as measured along the
easterly side of Hali�oake Road from the corner formed by the
