WITNEFSSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considera-ion
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby, grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and irnprovernents thereon erected, situate,

BFGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Naugles Drive where
the westerly line of land of D. Robinson intersects same;
RUNNING THENCE along land of D. Robinson, South 130 13 miunutes
30 seconds East 27.7.03 feet to the true point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE 4I and of P. Moussot South 130 13 minutes
30 seconds East 247.28 feet to land of D. Cooper;
THENCE 3i4ag land Cooper, South 78° 49 minutes 30 seconds
West 139.55 `feet to the center line of a traveled roadway;

right-of-way being the extension of the westerly boundry line of
the hereindescribed premises.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way twelve and one-half feet over the
easterly boundry line of premises to the west for ingress and
egress.
SUBJECT to a right-of-way twelve and one half feet wide for
ingress and egress in favor of the premises located to the west
of the subject premises.
GRANTORS, herein, are the same persons as the Grantees` in Deed dated
November 20, 1968, and recorded in Liber 6665, Page 272, and recorded
November 26, 1969, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
.and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs of successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the 6r.t pert covenants that the party of the first part has not dune or suffered anything
w9ter<:by the said promises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the fir>t part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, cover.:,nts that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
