ALL THAT certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly side of Shipyard
Lane and the ordinary high water mark of Gardiner ' s Bay,
and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 30 ' 50" West, along said
easterly side of Shipyard Lane, 927 . 0 feet to a monument
and land of Reeves;
RUNNING THENCE North 68 degrees 09 ' 00" East, along said
last mentioned land of Reeves; and
RUNNING THENCE along lands of McKenzie and Gunther, Clark,
Geoghegan, Kelly, Kelly, Gregory and Cherepowicz, 860 . 0 feet
