measured along the Westerly side of Trumans Path from its

degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West, 75.04 feet, to the Southwest corner of land
of Friedman (formerly Ketcham);
THENCE along said land of Friedman, North 62 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds
East 260 feet, to the Westerly side of the aforesaid mentioned right of way;
THENCE along the Westerly side of said right of way South 31 degrees 32
minutes 20 seconds East, 80.60 feet, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said strip of land 25 feet or more in
width along the Easterly line of the premises and extending Southerly about
875 feet, beyond the Southeasterly corner of premises.
THENCE Southwesterly about 335 feet to Marion Lake, and extending Northerly
from the Northeasterly corner of premises through land of the party of the first
part about 142 feet, to land now or formerly of Henry C. Tuthill Estate, and
continuing Northerly 16 feet in width over said land now or formerly of Henry
C. Tuthill Estate and land of Gri+ fing to the Main Road, along land formerly of
Welsh.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated December
4, 1970 recorded December 7, 1970 in Liber 6851 page 250.
