RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes
the policy 'that, at scheduled Town Board Meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda
resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will also be given time,
at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the
Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986

Wetland Protection Programs have resulted in a program which is
effective and responsible in protecting wetland systems. Hearing
date is Tuesday, December 5, 1989, at the West Bath House at Jones
Beach State Park, 10:00 A.M. Oral testimony by invitation, public
comments at end of hearing, written testimony may be submitted be
within 30 days following the hearing.

Authorize Police Officers to attend a 3-day seminar.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Murphy to execute Quitclaim Deeds
between Southold Town and Wayde and Julia Manwaring, and between
Southold Town and Christina Dinlzio.
Authorize refund of $50.00 to William Wilsberg.
4/ Directs the Southold Town Planning Board not to process any new
applications where consultant fees are due under the SEQRA process.
5V/ Authorize and direct Supervisor Murphy to execute the 1990 New York
State Division for Youth Project Application.

Determine that amendment to Chapter 100 of the Code of the Town of
Southold by amending Section 100-262A by deleting the fee required
shall have no significant effect on the environment.
Transmit above mentioned "Local Law in Relation to Zoning" to the
Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Planning Dept.
Reappoint individuals to the Tree Committee.
Set 3:30 P.M., Tuesday, November 28, 1989, for a public hearing to
obtain citizen's views on local needs to be met with 1990 Federal
Community Development Block Grant Funds.
Authorize 1989 Budget modification to General Fund - Whole Town.
Appoint Richard A. Perkins as Southold Town Police Officer.
Authorize an advance fee payment.
Determine that construction of a sump on Southold Town property
on the south side of Cox Lane, 810 feet from the intersection of
Cox Lane and County Route 48, shall have no significant effect on
/the environment;

owned property at Cox Lane, Cutchogue.

Southold Town Assistant Attorney Matthew C. Kiernan as a Special

Accepts, with regret, the resignation of Edward Thiel.
Application of Davids S. and Gerry S. Horton, owners of Laurel
Greenhouses, Inc., for renewal of their watchman house trailer.
Approves the amount of $~J~6,120. 00 for a bond for roads and
improvements in Cedarfields affordable housing project.
Accepts the bid of Arshamomaque Dairy Farm. Inc. for supply the
