RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes
the policy that, at scheduled Town Board Meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five {5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda
resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will also be given time,
at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the
Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986

Application of Gardners Bay Estates Homeowners Assoc. to construct
bulkhead with elevated catwalk, including dredging, at Spring Pond,
East Marion· Comments by October 13, 1989, to Susan Ackerman,

NYS Department of Environmental Conservation; Notice of Complete
Application of Suffolk County Water Authority to construct a public
water supply well w/pump rated at 150 gallons per minute. Project
also includes installation of chemical treatment equipment; said
project located on west side of Sunset Drive, Mattituck. Comments

US Army Corps of Engineers, NY District; Notice of Federal Naviga-

V. RESOLUTIONS:
Bond resolution authorizing the purchase of new computer equipment
for Town.
Engage services of Linda F. Kowalski as a Consultant to the Board
of Appeals.
Accept Letter of Credit submitted by Nell Rego for the major sub-
division of "Chardonnay Woods".
Authorize reimbursement to David Saland for filing fee,
Authorize 1989 Budget modification to Highway Fund - Whole Town,
Authorize and direct Supervisor Murphy to file an application for
financial assistance for Fort Corchaug Park Project,
Determine that Fishers Island Sewer District rent owed shall be
levied against real property of Thomas Shillo and be collected as
taxes.
