RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes
the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda
resolutions prior to their enactment; and the public will also be given time,
at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the
Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986

1// Authorize amendments to the Community Development Year 13 and Year
1/4 Program Budgets.

Determine that amendment to Chapter 92 (Vehicles and Traffic) of
the Code of the Town of Southold, adding new intersections and
deleting discrepancies, will have no significant effect on the
environment.
Set 3:30 P.M., Tuesday, September 26, 1989, Southold Town Hall, as
time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to
Vehicles and Traffic."
Determine that amendment to Chapter 100 (Zoning) of the Code of
the Town of Southold by excluding public golf courses from being
not-for-profit, will have no significant effect on the environment.
Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit proposed "Local Law
in Relation to Zoning" (public golf course) to Suffolk County
Department of Planning. ,

Appoint Arthur Quintana as part-time Gate Attendant at Landfill.
Grant permission to John Cushman and Trudy Hanus to attend a
Governmental Financial System User's meeting.
Appoint Douglas Latney as a Cook for the Nutrition Program,
Appoint Julia Shelby as a temporary Assistant cook for the
Nutrition Program,
Appoint Lynda Rudder as provisional Clerk Typist. Building Dept.
Authorize 1989 Budget Modification to General Fund - Whole Town,

Environment.
Secure a one-day charter coverage liability insurance policy for "The
Cruise to Nowhere".
Enactment of "Local Law No. 18 - 1989, A Local Law in Relation to
Vehicles and Traffic".
Final Resolution: Expression of sympathy and respect to the memory of
